The Gas Man Needle Purge is designed for the toughest specialty welding applications where conventional purging methods aren't an option. Manufactured from durable 304 stainless steel with a slim 1/8" outside diameter, it easily fits into tight bevel gaps without interfering as the joint closes during fit-up and welding.

Engineered with strategically placed upper vent ports, the Needle Purge directs argon toward the top of the pipe first, allowing the gas to flow evenly downward and displace oxygen more effectively. This helps create a cleaner, more consistent purge while minimizing oxygen contamination.

A precision-formed 45° offset allows the purge tip to float near the centerline of the pipe when inserted through the bevel, creating more uniform argon coverage and superior oxygen displacement for critical alloy welds.

Ideal for situations where there is no accessible opening for a traditional purge setup, such as welding alloy 180° fittings on heater coils and other confined applications, the Gas Man Needle Purge delivers reliable inert gas coverage exactly where it's needed.

Each Needle Purge comes equipped with a male quick connect compatible with the Gas Man Purge Kit system, allowing for fast setup and seamless integration with your existing Gas Man purge equipment.
